JOB DUTIES:

A. Catalog, Print & Packaging Design

a. Design and update product catalogs

b. Create and maintain product packaging artwork and labels

c. Develop spec. sheets, cut sheets, and datasheets for products

d. Prepare print-ready artwork files for suppliers

e. Ensure all print projects follow correct dielines, bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and brand guidelines

f. Coordinate with suppliers regarding dimensions, artwork revisions, and pantone color accuracy

 

B. Digital Content, Website, & B2B Portal Assets

a. Create and optimize web banners, product images, icons and graphics for the B2B portal and company websites

b. Edit and upload product photography, enhancing clarity for online catalogs

c. Prepare digital assets for e-commerce, dealer portals, and internal ordering platforms

d. Support layout and UX improvements for the online product catalog

e. Design graphics for email marketing, newsletters, promotions and dealer announcements

f. Create short video clips and visual tutorials

 

C. Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

a. Maintain consistent branding across all internal brands of the company

b. Help establish and enforce brand guidelines (colors, typography, iconography, imagery standards, etc.)

c. Organize and manage a central asset library of logos, photos, icons, templates, and brand files

d. Ensure all visuals follow brand direction set by the VP of Marketing

 

D. Cross-Department Collaboration

a. Work with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, Warehouse teams

b. Provide design support for new product launches and nationwide dealer programs

 

E. Additional Responsibilities

a. Support trade show preparations with booth graphics and banners

b. Assist with lifestyle photography or product staging

c. Help streamline internal documents

d. Perform light editing or animation when needed
